I have done my thyroid test T3=0.18 T4=12.10 TSH=89.00 now on 200 mcg dosage of thyroxine since last 3 days.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. TSH 89.00 mU/L is too high, suggesting presence of uncontrolled hypothyroidism. So it is good that you are already on Levothyroxine. Please check TSH level after 6 weeks to see if there is desired reduction. It should be maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L. Then only all the symptoms are in check. Thanks.
