My pulse rate has always been between 54 to 60 for years. I do take BP medications like losacar 50 nicardil retard 10 and Concor5 in the morning and one nicardia retard 10 at night by which my BP is failrlyunder control averaging around 130/80 in the past year. I am very anxious and nervous for reasons not known .I am 56 years old and do 35 mins of walk and around 30 mins of meditation. My issue is is my heartbeat normal and are there any other changes in lifestyle needed .i am a vegetarian.
