Dear lybrateuser, - For your BP problem you should have a salt restricted diet, also avoid fried, processed & junk food, also foods containing trans & saturated fats like bakery items, full fat dairy products - have more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy & seasonal ones, whole grains like whole wheat, brown rice, oats, corn, quinoa instead of processed ones, soy products, low fat milk & milk products, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, healthy fats as in olive, canola, sunflower oil, avocados, seafood & nuts such as walnut, almonds, cashews.
