I feel sorry for your loss and I can imagine the pain you r going through. U r going through a phase of grief where you feel depressed and want to isolate urself. This is the period where you have to be strong and express your feelings to others. Talk about the best times you had with that person and you may try to do things that you used to enjoy the most. No matter what this grieving process would last for few months. But if your pain is not subsiding then please consult a psychologist and talk to him/ her. What has happened is not right and it cannot be reverted. But you can have hope and love that will give you strength to make you go ahead.

Hello. I am sorry for your loss. No one but you can understand the pain you are going through. It is natural to feel low following the loss of someone close. If grief overtakes your aspects of life like appetite, sleep, work, social life and other aspects then it is worrisome. You can consider first to speak with a friend or a family member. Opening up always helps. However, if this continues, and worsens, please see a psychiatrist for GRIEF COUNSELLING. Remember that both sweet and bitter memories may be there about the person, but its important to embrace them and slowly move on keeping the positive memories in mind.
