Dear Sir, I got diagnosed with TSH Level 10 and hypothyroid first time doctor prescribed 1 tab of thyronorm 75mcg daily morning empty. What foods should I avoid to control thyroid. Is their any vaccination which will prevent thyroid for longer period rather than taking tablet daily that too lifelong.

There is no vaccine for thyroid. Avoid taking too much cabbage. Eat food containing more of iodine.

Hypothyroidism is condition which needs to be treated for life time with thyroxine tablets, as mentioned by you. This is a hormone deficiency condition, can only be treated by replacing that hormone from outside. Foods to avoid include soya and soya containing products, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, mustard and coffee. Consume more green vegetables (other than mentioned), fruits, use whole grain flour for breads (rotis), use more of onions garlic.
