My age is 41 morbidly obese with hba1c 7.2 should I start taking diabetic medicine. I am on no medicine still now. Should I try with lifestyle changes. I have myth if I start taking medication my body would stop producing insulin. Suggestions needed to avoid medicine and get hba1c between 5 to 6.
