I am a 26 years old female. Average weight and height. I have two issues. 1. Teeth sensitivity. Been two months approx. I have had 4 of my molar teeth plastered few years ago. I smoke regularly but has kept it low after this trouble. I get sensitivity to warm, cold, certain noise and mostly when I skip meals. Its even difficult to bite my food. More on the incisors. I tried chewing cloves and avoid excess brushing but no gain. 2. Lower back pain. Been a month now. It started with my periods as usual but this time it did not go away. Can not find it externally but severe pain when that region is stressed. I sleep on floor over two flat cotton mattress. I tend to sit continuously for 7-8 hrs at office. Do little work out time to time but stopped after this. I often skip lunch. Breakfast is oats or mixed beans and peas boiled. I avoid spices. Pregnancy and abortion history but recovered without hvng issues. Work stress is prominent. No history of fatal disease in family line. Please advice.

1) regarding teeth sensitivity, use R R sensoform 2-3 times for now. It is 4 times more potent than its parallel products. If you do not get benefits within a week, visit a dentist for dental checkup. You may have damaged/ abraded/ eroded teeth causing sentinel hypersensitivity. Follow this routine - use ultra soft toothbrush, brush for 1-2 minutes only in vertical or circular motion and never in horizontal direction, apply little force while brushing only to clean the teeth not to polish it/ shine it or remove tobacco/ smoking stains. This will help you improve fast regarding sensitivity problem. 2) lower back pain is associated with many causes (internal/external). In your age (26) its is too early, may be related to heavy smoking in past, wrong posture and improper diet habit. It can be cured once real cause is diagnosed. So for the time being, buy a lumbo- sacral belt (online available) according to your waist size. Book an appointment to a recognized physiotherapist in your area for long term relief. Fact is, you are not giving enough time to yourself. Morning at least 10 minutes back exercise will help you to tackle pain all day long. Hope it will help you. Â
