Hi lybrate-user, I can understand how you May be feeling. Losing control of your life can be frustrating and can lead to feelings of anger. Maybe if you stopped for a minute, paused, took a breath and tried to analyse the situation, understood why you are feeling like this. That would help. What is the need to control, where does it stem from, it will help. Try practising some deep breathing. Instead of trying to control, start trusting life and go with the flow. Breathe.
