Mr. lybrate-user Thanks for the query. With TSH 0.035 mU/L, are you having any symptoms suggestive of hyperthyroidism? It appears the of 75 mcg per day is a bit high. It will have to be reduced by 12.5 mcg per day. Then taking that dose for over 8 weeks please do check TSH level again. To see if the dose is good enough. Thanks.
