Egg whites only are considered good for high Blood pressure patients. Egg yolk has fat. Separate the egg whites from yolk for patients with high Blood pressure. A research also showed egg whites having some proteins that help in reducing Blood pressure as they act in similar way as how the blood pressure medication acts. 1-2 boiled egg whites a day is good. Egg Yolk leads to increase in Cholesterol. Deranged Cholesterol can lead to heart blockages, which can either lead to high BP or due to high BP can become unstable. Egg yolk has no direct impact on BP, but due to it leading to increase in blood cholesterol it can be harmful for heart.
