You require anxiety management treatment where you could get answers to your questions. To overcome this situation a holistic approach is required where you can get the answers to your questions and be confident about your self. You can do so by privately consulting me. Till then- 1. Focus on the spot between eyebrows while breathing in and out. For breathing - Inhale with count of 4-Hold for 2 seconds-Exhale with count of 8. Do this exercise for at least 20 mins a day. Breath in n out deeply into the lungs. The breathing shd be lung oriented n not stomach oriented. 2. Follow this exercise 10 days twice a day and note down your anxiety/stress level before and after completing exercise.
