Dr. Sadique Bhatti is a distinguished psychologist and psychotherapist at Bhati Mind Care in Nagpur. Having studied BA in Psychology (from Hislop College of Nagpur, 2012) and MA in Clinical Psychology (from IGNOU, 2016), he has a Diploma in Hypnotherapy (from IBAM) as well as in Naturopathy and Yogic Science (from Shree Gayatri Ayurvedic Yoga and Natural Treatment Centre). He has done his internship at the Psychiatry Ward in the Government Medical College and Hospital of Nagpur.

Besides psychological crisis, Dr. Bhati deftly handles issues of Weight Management and Pain Management. He is both an effective Child Psychologist and a Relationship Counsellor.

How To Maintain Your Weight Permanently?

Are you trying to lose weight?

Is losing weight difficult for you?

Weight loss is the biggest epidemic in the world.

Unfortunately, traditional and most used methods of losing weight like dieting and exercise don’t work for almost everybody.

Why dieting and exercise don’t work?

My daughter has one side love taught and dreaming deeply. She speaks, smile and cry herself and adherent in her taught, behavior. Otherwise she is quite normal. For past two years, she is treated with few psychiatrist with medications and counselling. When under medications, she is quiet normal due to drug depression and reverse as same after stopping drug. We feel drug induced addiction only. So kindly advice us for further treatment method avoiding medicines.

My friend Megha is currently suffering from anxiety and she is also unable to stop thinking on some topic. Around 2 year ago, She consulted a doctor and he told us that she was suffering from OCD and anxiety and her medication started. 6 month ago she again consulted with some other Dr. And he say that she don't have OCD but confirms anxiety. Now her condition is becoming worse she is unable to stop thinking about some topic. 2 months ago she have a thought that someone will change the books that she is studying so that she will fail Now a days she is thinking that her sister and boyfriend are in relation. The thought of books changing is now okay she manages it But her sister and boyfriend relationship thing she is unable to get of her mind (His boyfriend and sister both makes her understand that not truth but she says that she knows but unable to stop thinking) Please help.

Most of the time while driving vehicle I loose my confidence to drive I am having a BP issue but due to medication that does not count above 130 and 90 I have done all the test such as blood, urine,stress, ecg that say its normal I am a mid alcoholic but does not smoke kindly suggest.

After some time this becomes an addiction and now you have to do this and you do this very often even many times a day. Dear Lybrate user One sided love is painful. Drugs are not the solution. Your self esteem is hampered so that needs to be improved. Secondly your focus needs to be changed from that girl to your life career and other relationships that you have. Make a list of things that you enjoy and do them quite often. Identity the triggers that make you think of her and make you feel hopeless and upset and avoid those triggers. Think about the ones who love you unconditionally and spend quality time with them. Make a list of your goals both short term and long term and according to them make a list of things that you need to do. Break all your goals into sub goals and figure out which things you need to do right now and work hard on it. Make a list of your achievements and be happy that you have done it. Notice all the the achievements you have even the small ones and treat yourself for them. A healthy mind lives in a healthy body so eat healthy have a timely and a good quality sleep everyday do some physical exercise anything you would like to. My age is 30. I am suffering from nightmares from last 3 years. They are very stressful. Most of the time based on my daily life. I can't enjoy my sleep.
