I am currently overweight. I do also beginner level exercise. Though I am not losing my weight. What should I do?

U r doing exercise, it is good, do minimum 30min of exercise must, and be sure sweating must come out.. also diet is important for reducing weight.. take raw food like fruits and salad in breakfast and before meal.. take a normal meal at lunch.. avoid dinner in late night... sleep 6-7hr smoothly... avoid all spicy, sour, and sweet food, also all packed food and street food..
