No type of pasta is good. If you r taking triphala guggul - take with some warm water to avoid constipation.

I am 20 year male. From 3-4 days I am having headache (low-medium-high), pain at back of eye, back pain, muscle and joint paint (low), after having rest if fells little normal but after 3-4 hrs of lecture symptoms increase, light fever.

It may be cervical spondylitis. First you avoid avoid pillow, luxurious bed and cold food and atmosphere. Use warm water always.

Am suffering from viral fever with acute back pain and headache from yesterday night, it happens due to bath with normal cold water. I just have taken two tablet of lemolate and last night one paracetamol .something better than yesterday. Now advise me what to do next?

Use warm water for bathing as well as drinking. Boil 4-5 holy Tulsi leaf ,some ginger or Sounth, 1TSF triphaka powder upto one fourth water remain and take it 30 ml warmth thrice daily for 3 days.

I am feeling pain, itching in my eyes. Mostly when I work on my laptop and eye becomes reddish. What should I do.
Sir you've already stated about the reason of your eye pain. please wash your eyes with cool water each time after outing, eating, work, sleeping and even after stool and urine. Put some amount of saliva mixed water to eye every early morning. Rx Saptamrita Loha 250 mg bid with honey in after food Netramritam eye drop 2/2drop tid.

I'm women 40 years can I use godanti bhasma for migraine If yes then tell me uses of this any oil for migraine.

Only Godanti bhasm is not a medicine for migraine it gives you only symptomatic relief. please add Sirasuladi vajra ras 250 mg +Godanti bhasm 500 mg with honey and also use Pathyakshadhatradi kashayam 15 ml bid with warm water. Use Anutaila nasal drop 2/2 drop twice daily And Himasagar taila or tulasyadi taila on forehead.
