Symptoms seen are wight gain, swelling of face,lower limbs, slow heart rate, early fatigue, tiredness, irregular periods, intolerance to cold, difficulty in speech, inability to concentrate, dry skin dry scanty hair, hair fall, anxiety and some times depression. If not treated can lead to very serious consequences. Start treatment with thyroxine tablets, follow all instructions about dosing, avoid soy beans, soy containing products, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, radish, mustard, peanuts and coffee. Daily exercise for more than 1 hour is a must;\
