I am 24 year old. I never have thyroid before but my father has. As I notice that im gaining weight and I did tsh test on my own and found its 2 point more than normal. Is it necessary to take medicine or it can be reduced by specific yoga or exercise? Cause I do not wanna take medicine if I have to continue for rest of my life.
