Hello doctor, recently had gone through comprehensive full body heath checkup and got the report. Below is the few test result, there was vary in ranges for few tests. Vit d (25-oh) -11.8 ng/ml, urine potassium- 9.60 mmol/l, urine chloride-73.00 mmol/l, vitamin b12- 194 pg/ml, cholesterol is borderline high, please suggest me on that.

Hello only vitd3 n vit b12 important. They can be substituted orally. Add green vegetable, seasonal fruits buttermilk, curd in diet. Cholecalciferol 60 000iu one sachet or tab one per week for eight weeks followed by one per month for six months after breakfast. Neurokind od one at night for two months. Plenty of liquids to increase output of urine.

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
