I have noticed a small gland like a tiny ball right under my chin. I can feel it with my hands when I look up towards the ceiling and touch under my chin. It is little painful when I press it. Kindly suggest possibilities. Thanks

The disease condition u r having is called as lymphadenopathy. There can be many reasons for lymphadenopathy. The commonest one is alveolar abscess. Decayed tooth may lead to your problem. Have a proper dental hygiene. Investigations can be done for other causes.

It may be a lymphatic gland or lymph node.You have to go to ent doc to palpate it and analyse for infection.
