Mr Sourav, Thanks for the query. I have seen the query. Present TSH level is lower than the normal lower limit. However, there is no mention about other details like your symptoms if any or improvement following the treatment. I need to those details too. However, you may reduce the dosage by 12.5 to 25 mcg to 87.5 to 75 mcg per day, then check TSH again after 6 weeks to see the benefit. Usually TSH should be maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L, for being free from all the symptoms. If you have any questions please do come back. Thanks.
