Hey I about 18 and I feel like my body feel little warm these days my body from last few couple of weeks while eat any this excluding cold (ice cream) any things daily food or any thing while eating during within 2 to 3 min I sweat a lot altho other near by me fell normal I sweat a lot I sweat a lot while to hot item's ok that the mat matter and these I high heart rate due to some tension. Some time I breath a little (very very very small fraction of time) I breath little bit faster when I was to angry but I claim it down bit take long breath in out. I want to lose my weight so please suggest a diet of my day and day to day activities to reduce my weight thanks.
