I'm 22 years old I've problem of high blood pressure, Doctors have given metosartan tab. I guess it's endocrine hypertension bcz of hormonal imbalances. Is permanent treatment available for high BP due to hormonal imbalances? please advice me🙏

The commonest cause of hypertension is lifestyle, it is called essential hypertension. Kidney related causes are few, endocrine very rare. Are your thyroid report and renal function tests ok? Chasing endocrine causes is usually a waste of effort, unless there are other pointers to this.
