My Triglycerides is high, whereas LDL and HDL are normal. I have two blocks in the arteries, each 20% and 40%. My BP is 120/80. What are your views please! My mobile number <mobile>

Triglycerides are manufactured in liver from alcohol sugar jaggery and starchy foods like rice and wheat. Good diet is key to good health, but you need to discuss diet with 90 year olds, or with MSc biochemistry. Not with anyone else. Best wishes.
