Eventually, a narrowed coronary artery may develop new blood vessels that go around the blockage to get blood to the heart muscle. If rca is blocked he can live normally his lifespan with medicines and care.

Hello, thanks for your query on Lybrate "as" per your clinical history is concerned feeling tired can be due to many causes so to know exact cause do a clinical examination by your nearest doctor and ask him to do an ECG to rule out heart problems, do adjust blood pressure medications, check fasting blood sugar to rule out diabetes, check tsh to rule out thyroid problems and check deficiency of iron and b complex. Do take treatment for the exact cause only. Hope that helps and wish you good health.

You need to visit a cardiologist nearby for a detailed examination and evaluation. Its very difficult to give a correct opinion without physically seeing the patient. Whether your current chest pain is cardiac or not, or the previously blocked coronaries require any intervention like angioplasty or not, then lastly to advise optimum medications. All these are serious issues which can not be dealt on a forum like this. Please take your health seriously take an appointment with a cardiologist nearby and sit and discuss all the issues with him. Till then continue the medications. If the pain is severe and acute, rush to a hospital, don't waste your time online.

Clopivas 75 mg aur brilinta 90 mg Dono same medicine hai ya nahi? Please suggest me.

Very similar. Clopivas has been tested and is probably slightly more effective blood thinner. Brillinta has been less well studied, is useful in few special situations.

How to clear plaque in arteries due to smoking Is there any method to completely clean arteries. Please suggest me.

Dear Deepak, Stopping smoking continuously helps in NOT adding more plaques to block thr arteries fully. So stop smoking. Take help with nicotine replacement or tablets if necessary. All the best.
