Have good source of protein on every meal along with green leafy vegetables. High Protein sources like: pulses, rajmah, channa, Kadhi, lassi, milk ,paneer. If non vegetarian have eggs and Chicken. Add any one protein source on every meal. Will help you. For further Contact.
