I am a 25 years old woman. I have hypothyroidism and I have been medicated for that with a 50 mg tablet. Should I completely avoid food such as corn ragi cauliflower etc since they are my favourite. I mean I am taking my tablets. So why should I restrict these foods. Its my doubt. please explain yo me. Thank you.
