You have to get bp monitored under care of your doctor. Simple medicines like betablockers, reduce stress and anxiety related issues, reduce salt and take more potassium through citrus fruits like oranges and lemon juice and water. Yoga and meditation and simple exercises like walking. Your weight is normal and keep it under control by avoiding bad fats. Take more seasonal vegetables and fruits. Once bp is normal, don't stop the medicines as betablockers protect the heart and brain.
