I am 29year old female and constantly feeling depressed and low from. Months now. Because of which I feel angry irritated annoyed distracted and end up almost in tears everyday. My brain is just going mad thinking and over thinking all the time. Thing s which I used to like and enjoy I still dnt enjoy and end up thinking there as well. My heart is broken and I am unable to accept things and changes. I have been madly in love with someone and he is himself tied up with his family and responsibilities bt with his behaviour changes I am just not able to concentrate anywhere and keep fighting with him he was the best companion and gave me everything but suddenly everything have changed and I am not getting his time and attention which is killing me inside.
