Hi lybrate-user, I appreciate you seeking help. Well, first and foremost, I would advise that you consult your OB/ GYN in person who can clinically examine you, assess and recommend treatment as appropriate. It may be a gynaec issue that is causing most of your symptoms. As regards your irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), following is what I would recommend - a healthy and balanced diet, with fresh and juicy fruits at least twice daily. Avoid citrus fruits. Avoid high calorie foods including fast foods. Simultaneously, also take a good multi-vitamin rich in B-vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin D3, vitamin E, Omega-3 fatty acids and trace minerals including zinc, magnesium, potassium, calcium etc daily subject to your doctor's concurrence. Avoid all foods that you are allergic to and those which probably worsen your IBS symptoms. Restrict tea, coffee and sugary foods including carbonated beverages. Alcohol intake, if any, needs to be restricted completely. Do consume well ripened fruits especially papaya & banana. Also, you need to stay well hydrated. Buttermilk, with a pinch of fresh turmeric added, and coconut water too are immensely valuable in this condition. Do exercise daily for at least 30 minutes. Walking, in open air, is the safest as well as the best. Hope this helps. Do take care and all the very best. Sincerely

Hello, Its likely that you may have developed urinary tract infection as well which is the cause of fever and low back pain, secondary to vaginal infection.
