Minimal vascularity in ultrasound breast. .skin. Subcutaneous and retroparenchymal spaces normal. Do I need to take mammogram. When can I take. Does the radiation affects baby. Bilateral axillary show multiple lymph nodes of 1.0 to 1.5 cm each. Does it cause future cancer. Please help me. Am very much worried..

Hi. You are a lactating mother. Breast abscess are very common in feeding females. Lymphnodes are also enlarged in abscess. Any history of breast cancer in your family (maternal side). What was the final impression on ultrasound. please don't go for mammogram as it is not advised in young females. I advise mammo only after 40 years of age. Instead go for fnac of the lesion.
