I am getting fat day by day. But 3 months ago mene check up krwaya tha thyroid ka usme tsh increase tha so doc says k usse koi problem nhi should I consult any other doc.

U should reduce ur weight.do exercise and cardio exercise alternates days.take high fiber diet.take salad ,papaya,orange,guava.take fresh food always. have small and frequent meals.take plenty of fluids.avoid oily food,maida products.
