Dizziness is caused by a number of disorders which at 59 years of age are likely to be hypertension, cervical spondylosis, abnormal cardiac rhythm or ear problems Mild elevation of TSH is an unlikely cause of dizziness or constipation I advised you to get a crdiac and neurological work up done and Xray cervical spine.
