There is solution to every problem- physical, mental or psychological. However sometimes solutions are not thought of or we do not apply them properly. To play safe, pl never go for sleeping pills/ hypnotic drugs. I hope I can guide you through simple yog and breathing techniques to have sound sleep without medicine. Hello . Might be you are suffering from any kind of tensions. So Try to solve the reason of tension. Do little meditations. Hello .You need to maintain a healthy life style , like regular exercise , healthy diet , proper water intake and good sleep .Take small meals at small intervals. General physician. Do you nap in daytime or do you sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. U need to change your habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching tv or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Even if you not able to sleep do not start chatting on what's app or face book etc. Don't sleep till late in morning. Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. Also dinner should be light do some kind of exercise daily. Slowly your sleeping timings will change. It will take time. Have patience.
