hello i'm male 28 year old, I have 82 kg weight, i'm in a traveling job I traveled 24 days in a month, I want to lose my weight with vegetarian diet. I'm belongs to a typical brahmin family so what kind of things should I follow to reduce my weight and feel lighter in all day, some time I feel constipation in my stomach, I oftenly eat in hotels.

Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and it's better to have a low fat content in your diet and I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months
