Lybrate-user, when hypothyroidism is in good control tsh values should be between 3 to 4 milli units/l. 7 milli units, means there is no proper control. This can lead to reappearance of some of the symptoms. So it is essential to increase the dose to 75 mcg, then after 6 weeks check the tsh level, and if level as mentioned above, then continue the same dose. Thanks.
