I am 29 years old male. Recently I did my blood work and findings are as follows fasting blood glucose 152, post meal 280, hba1c 8.5, crp 12.65, total cholesterol 206, hdl 20, ldl 140, triglycerides 300, sgpt 47 along with bp 150/100, resting heart beats 110. please help me.

Take balanced diet with ample green leafy vegetables. Avoid food high in calories like ghee, butter, sugar. Exercise regularly (at least 150 mins/ week). You need to start medication to control your blood sugar and cholesterol. Repeat your bp measurement and if it is still more than 140/90, you need to start medications to control your bp too. Approach a physician to guide you regarding medications.
