I am 38 years old female, 5 ft, 48 kg. Recently I have undergone health check up wherein my ldl direct was 104 mg/dl, triglycerides 277 mg/dl, hdl 54 mg/dl, vitamin d 10.2 ng/ml. Rest of the test results were within normal range. Please suggest any diet change / medicine.

Hi, triglyceride is high as it should be below 150. Restrict sugar, potato, white rice, butter, fried items and bakery foods. Vitamin d too is deficit for which you need to start medical supplements given by your doctor. Sunbath of 15-20 mins daily in strong sun will help too besides cow's milk and products. Have small frequent meals and take a well balanced diet, exercise for 30-40 minutes daily.
