Is there any relation between grade 2 fatty liver and low blood pressure. Recently I have been detected grade 2 fatty liver. I take met xl 3d 6.25/50 for my blood pressure. Yesterday I had some discomfort and my blood pressure was 100/80 in left hand and 110/82 in my right hand.

Grade 2 fatty symptoms along with symptoms like nausea, vomiting is of concern. Grade 2 fatty live can gradually be decreased by diet and lifestyle changes. Can consult lifestyle physician once. If bp is decreasing on repeated measurements please consult nearby doctor .you may require tapering of dosages. Difference in bp of both upper limbs more than normal 10 mm difference has to be evaluated. Get a bilateral upper limb doppler done both arterial and venous. If appearance of sudden pain in limbs with discolouration please visit near by doctor and get evaluated.

There is no relationship between low blood pressure and grade two fatty liver. Your blood pressure in both limbs doesn't show a difference of more than 10. This difference is nothing to worry of and that too diastolic pressure difference is just two. So you need not worry. As you are on blood pressure lowering pills it's a good sign that your bp is going low and so you can taper your bp tablet dosage. And for fatty liver you need to change your diet.
