Hello sir! I have pain on my neck, full back area and lower back also. So my doctor suggested me mri for cervical spine and l.s spine. And the impression is "at l3-4 and l4-5, mild posterior disc bulge indenting thecal sac and causing mild stenosis of bilateral neural foramina

No need to worry its all common to get disc issues and nerve compression because of improper posture. There is no need for mri but still to rule out any soft tissues swelling it is suggested. Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take ift+us for 2 weeks. Maintain proper posture and avoid bending foreard/back while sitting, take calcium rich diet, avoid prolonged standing and do not keep the neck or head bend while working or using screen. Apply diclofenac ointment and do hot water fermentation ro reduce pain.
