I'm suffering from bloating problem from last 3 years, I tried many gas relieving syrups and tablets. The problem is still there I focus on healthy food and good schedule but whenever I eat outside it make me either loose motion or constipation. So I want to know how to overcome these problems i. E. Bloating and food sensitivity!

Hi lybrate-user, thanks for the query. As per your symptoms your are suffering from flatulent dyspepsia. To overcome these problem try these easy tips. 1. Eat more of fiber diet. Salads, fruits and sprouts will help a lot. 2. Keep a regular exercise schedule of min 20mins. This should include either fast walk or jog. 3. Do not eat at once. Keep a mini session at an interval of 4 hours. Do not increase the quantity of per day meal. Just break the meals in parts. 4. Drink a lot of water in between two meals.
