Recently I tested my thyroid profile in lab sir. My TSH Is 8.14 and T3, T4 Is normal. So please suggest me what will I do?

Mr. Lybrate-user, your thyroid test results show that there is subclinical hypothyroidism present. This does not need any treatment right now, unless there are any symptoms related to. Plus you should avoid soy beans, soy containing products, cabbage, cauliflower, radish, broccoli, peanuts, mustard and coffee. Consume more of green leafy vegetables and salads and fruits. Use whole grain flour for chapati and roti. Plus exercise regularly to avoid weight gain.
