I have not taken breakfast from past 2 days and after eating today's lunch I vomited immediately after coming out of eating area. What food is to be taken and what to prevent and can I take sugarcane juice and mango juice along with watermelon and what to have in dinner.

Fruit juices are not easily digested. You can start with soups (not hot though) and if you tolerate, then move to bland food like rice, banana, boiled and mashed potatoes to start with. You can puree it to make a smooth paste to make them semisolid. Please get investigated as to why this happened.

So kindly take treatment from a doctor nearby and obey the following food and lifestyle advice mobile)----drink plenty of fresh water // vegetable soup--- with out oil and spices ;rice boiled water (kanji) ; tender coconut water/// 2) take freshly prepared soft nonspicy non oily ethnic food like rice ;soft roti ;chappathi ;;idli; take other steamed food ---small quantities at frequent intervals 3) avoid junk food; fast food; fried and roasted items; pastries; colas; ;///restrict street and hotel food; 4) take clean fresh vegetable salads 250 gm and 150 gm fruits before lunch and 200 gm fresh salad and 100 gm of fresh fruits before dinner daily and fresh juices in small quantities--- at frequent intervals 5) do yoga; pranayama ;meditation; prayers and exercise daily 6) avoid excess manual work especially in sun and hot & humid situations ;sleep for 8 hours daily at regular timings 7) rest in a clean well ventilated room ; 8) keep good mental health by positive thinking and action ///; avoid negative energy like anxiety ; anger ; fear; depression ; hatred and have more positive energy by smiling ;helping ;appreciating ; supporting and encouraging others 9) involve in some hobbies like hearing music ;view tv ;chit-chat with good people etc 10) take medicines in time -as prescribed; /// consult nearby doctor --in case of any symptoms getting aggravated.
