Hello doctor, I am 34 and my glucose [fasting] report came out to be 112. It says pre-diabetes. I am not able to understand it as I weigh 62 kg, rarely eat fast food or sugary drinks, and walk 30 min daily. I do eat mostly home-prepared food like lentils-rice. What should I do?

Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
