I am 25 year old female and get an ear heaviness after which I start dropping energy and become unconscious and start vomiting multiple times after eating, if I move anywhere again I ll start feeling nausea. This has happened with me 3-4 times after 15 days intervals. Please suggest what can be the cause and what treatment should be done. Already I have checked my thyroid levels which is normal, sugar and blood pressure everything looks good, but the erythro sedimentation rate, blood sedimentation is 86 which is high and not lying between normal range of 0-20.
