I am on medication for hypertension and taking metoprolol50 mg and telmisartan 40 mg in morning after breakfast and amlodipine 2,5 mg in evening. But my bp reading fluctuate between 104-160/80-90 in the first time with the digital bp machine and second reading after 5 min always range from 120-140/80-85. Is it normal or the medication has to be changed. Pls advice. My age is 42 years and I am taking the medicine since last 4 months.
