I conduct a taste of thyroid and my report are t3 130.4, t45.71, tsh 5.15 Is it ok or not . please reply

Mr Achal Kumar, The thyroid test results look good. T3 and T4 are normal. However, TSH level is a bit on the higher side. This is labeled as sub clinical hypothyroidism. If there are any symptoms attributable to hypothyroidism, then treatment may be needed. Otherwise, you have to do aperiodic chek (once in 4 to 6 months) to see if there is any further increase in TSH levels.
