Sir/madam, I am suffering from thyroid past 5 years. I have given my blood test for ati tpo, sgpt ,ggpt ,sgot and tsh. Report shown that anti tpo is 1260, tsh is 6.78,sgpt is 121, sgot is 65, ggpt is 100. Sgpt and ggpt is never come their normal range from past 5 years. Whenever I checked report shown that sgpt ggpt is high.in ultra sounds of abdomen it's shown mild to moderate fatty liver. I never drink wine nor eat any fast food outside. Please suggest me how to cure it and bring sgpt and ggpt in its normal range. Thanks.
