Recently I consulted doctor for mair loss problem and done some tests and found that I have hypothyroid and I am taking thyroxine 50 mg daily from one week. Because of thyroid I have lost so much my hair and I have cold and breathing problem. If I continue to take thyroxine tablet will my hair loss stop and cold and breathing problem will be cured?

Cold and breathing problem is not related to thyroid. That is mostly due to the weather conditions. Your hairfall will stop if your thyroid levels become normal with medications. But for hair regrowth you need to put more efforts. Use herbal oils for scalp massage, three times a week. Use a mild shampoo for hair wash. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables to promote hair regrowth. Amla/gooseberry is a excellent hair tone. You can have amla candies or amla juice everyday.
