Dear user, first of all do one thing if you regularly check your fasting ,record it for atleast seven days. show this to your dr.if needed he will increase your dinner time insulin dose or add other insulin or medicine. For diet: Take dinner maximum at 8 pm. Always drink one glass of water before starting your meal. Better to have dal,vegetable more then the chapatti at night time. or avoid chapatti .

Eat whole fruits, vegetables, whole grain, whole wheat, oats. Take more protein in diet. Use healthy fat small amount. Avoid underground vegetables, pumpkin, banana. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink lots of water specially before meals. Stay stress free and proper rest.
