During feb my blood pressure sudden increases 165/100 and now my blood pressure is 130/83 on average so what should I do to maintain the blood pressure at a normal level. And my cardiograph, urine test, sugar test, tsh, urea catic cbc all are normal so give me a suggestion what should I do?
