Hello. I am Dr Ashish Rustagi. I have read your query. I think as you have a job which requires long hours of continuous sitting and not much of movements and physical activity. Your backache would be most likely a" Postural Back pain, which is of a muscular origin. So, I think you will be be benefited with a short duration course of a pain-killer and a muscle relaxant (like tab myoril-D / Mobiswift- D twice a day after food) along with a cap Omez once daily before breakfast, These medications can be taken for 4-5 days. Along with these medicine, you can also start physiotherapy for spine and do some application of gel locally like Volitra gel, along with hot bag fomentation. It would be better if you do exercises under a supervision of an orthopedician/ physiotherapist. If you have any further query, feel free to ask.

This is quite a common condition Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency. Sleep on a hard bed. Use no pillow under the head. Any way Take CALDIKIND PLUS 1 tab daily for 10days Paracetamol 250mg TDS x 3 days Contact me after that. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. It may have to be further investigated.

Dear , what you are experiencing is called RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury). More often than not the culprit is the chair and the computer monitor. Adjust your chair so that you sit straight (no slumping). Your monitor should be at eye level. Take frequent breaks (2 min. Every 30 min). Stretch your back, hands, wrist, fingers, neck. Pain relieving gels or ointments will help. See an orthopedic surgeon if the problem persists.neck Pain
